Kyla Brogmus

Kyla offers a compassionate treatment style when supporting people facing various challenges. She offers and is skilled in a range of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, and believes that cultivating self-compassion is crucial in developing a sense of well-being.

Having a diverse and eclectic employment background, Kyla supports people presenting with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, attachment difficulties, relationship issues, personality disorders, adjustment difficulties, stress, and chronic pain.

 

Kyla has a philosophy of openness and curiosity when working with people and aims to help others embody a state of inner wellness.

 

When not working, Kyla finds herself enjoying various sports, socialising and cooking.
