Meg is passionate about helping people to find solutions to their problems on their own terms, and to live rich and meaningful lives. She works with adults, couples and adolescents. Her areas of skill include: depression, anxiety, panic, social phobia, trauma, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, relationship issues, stress, pain, self-esteem, grief, adjusting to life changes, mindfulness, mediation and relaxation training.
Meg uses a combination of traditional therapies, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and more cutting edge approaches, such as Self-Compassion and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing.
Meg also teaches meditation and mindfulness to individuals and groups, conducts training for psychologists and undergraduate psychology students and provides supervision to intern psychologists and psychologists.
Meg loves good food and likes to think she’s MasterChef material. ;-)
She has a dog and a cat, practices yoga and loves trying new things.
